The 10,000 hour rule is a common rule of thumb about expertise, popularised by Malcom Gladwell in his bestseller Outliers: The Story of Success

We believe in this concept and have our own philosophy on dam building.

This is what 20 years, and over 30,000 hours of dam construction looks like.
